Use of the app

FaceSwap AI is provided for creative video generation. You are responsible for the media you upload, the prompts and settings you choose, and the way you publish or share generated content.

Rights and permissions

Only upload videos, images, and other content that you own or have permission to use. You must have the rights and consent needed for each person, voice, likeness, video, image, and other media you upload or generate from.

License to use the app

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FaceSwap AI for lawful creative purposes in accordance with these terms and the App Store rules that apply to your download.

End User License Agreement

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the FaceSwap AI iOS app. These Terms of Use supplement that license. If there is a direct conflict, Apple's required terms control to the extent required for App Store distribution.

Technical restrictions

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, abuse, overload, bypass security for, or commercially exploit the app, backend, models, credits, or service access except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Prohibited content

Do not use FaceSwap AI to create, upload, or share content involving minors, nudity, sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, misleading deepfakes, illegal activity, or violations of another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other legal rights. AI generation is processed through fal.ai and must also comply with fal.ai's acceptable use requirements.

Safety enforcement

We may block generation, restrict access, remove content, preserve information, cooperate with service providers or authorities, or take other action when we believe use of the app violates these terms, provider policies, or applicable law.

Generated content

You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before sharing them. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Do not present generated content as real footage or as another person's authentic statement when that would be misleading.

Your content and ownership

You keep any rights you have in the media you upload. You grant FaceSwap AI and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, transmit, process, generate, cache, troubleshoot, moderate, and deliver your requested outputs and to investigate abuse, rights, or safety reports.

Rights and abuse reports

If you believe content created with FaceSwap AI violates your privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights, or was created without required consent, contact us with enough information to identify and review the issue.

Subscriptions

Premium access may be offered through in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms that apply to your account.

Refunds and purchase issues

App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. We may use RevenueCat and Apple purchase status information to verify access, restore purchases, provide support, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Availability

AI generation depends on third-party infrastructure and may be unavailable, delayed, or produce imperfect results. FaceSwap AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific output quality.

No warranties

FaceSwap AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or that any generation will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceSwap AI and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe you violated these terms, created safety or legal risk, attempted fraud, abused the service, or used the app in a way that could harm other people or the service.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Germany, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply where you live.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
